All orders for prescription medications are carefully reviewed by a US Licensed Physician and, if approved, filled and shipped by a US Licensed Pharmacy. All orders are currently shipped via FedEx.
Suggested Use: Retin-A renews and restores young and aging skin. It can be used either for cleaning up pores of the skin and preventing formation of pimples, or for reducing the number of wrinkles and skin creases in older skin. Retin-A contains active vitamin A, also called retinolic acid. Unlike other skin care medicine, Retin-A reduces wrinkles only in six weeks. By improving local circulation of blood in the pores and cells of epidermis, Retin-A helps reproduce new cells and eliminate dead particles and cells which increase the risk of acne development. Retin-A minimizes the influence of external factors that may slow down healing of the tissues after a plastic surgery on the face. Before Using This Product: There are two types of Retin-A on the market: Retin-A for aging and wrinkled skin, and Retin-A for young skin affected by acne. Before you use any of these creams, talk to your doctor to learn more if this medicine is right for your condition. Prescription: Retin-A is used for chronic skin disorders and age-related issues. Start with the lowest amount of cream daily. Softly run the cream into the clean skin. The dosage should be gradually reduced: at the beginning of your treatment, use Retin-A up to five times per week, and then gradually reduce this dosage to three times per week. Warnings: Do not use Retin-A for any severe skin conditions, such as skin diseases, inflammations, eczema, or cancer. Due to hypersensitivity of the skin to the sun exposure during Retin-A treatment, you should use special lotions and other pharmaceutical products that reduce the risk of sunburn. Unwanted Adverse Reaction: Retin-A does not cause any severe side effects. However, be prepared to experience flushing or minor skin irritation when you apply Retin-A for the first time. This effect can be explained by a better blood flow provided to the cells. This entry was filed under Skin Care. |
